Craftsbury Craftsbury Community Care Center is a Level III residential care home located in the picturesque heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Our residents enjoy spacious private units with full bath, emergency call system, and a patio or a porch. Nutritious meals are served in our sunny dining room, three times a day. The Center also provides housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with personal care and medications (if requested), nursing overview and 24 hour supervision. The Craftsbury Community Care Center was constructed on 8 acres of land in the rural town of Craftsbury, Vermont. The Center, which accommodates 24 residents, is bright, furnished in a comfortable "at home" style, and surrounded by tall maples and pines, verdant shrubs and abundant flowers. Our staff is warm and committed, and actively involved with this very friendly community on a daily basis. We're proud of our team, and of the high quality of personal service we continue to provide at Craftsbury Community Care Center.
